This past Sunday, March 24, 2013, Jill Kelly McComsey joined other young lawyers to volunteer at a 5K race held at Stabler Arena, Lehigh University, to benefit Cetronia Ambulance. As a volunteer, Jill provided support for the cause and encouragement to the many participants who came out to run despite the unseasonable cold weather.
Uncertainty remains as to what, if any, identification will be required to vote in Pennsylvania in this November's Presidential election.
On Sunday, September 23, 2012, Jill Kelly McComsey, a Bethlehem personal injury attorney at Seidel Cohen Hof & Reid, will participate in the Lehigh Valley American Heart Association Heart Walk being held at Northampton County Community College on Green Pond Road in Bethlehem. The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. These diseases, the Nation's No.1 and No.4 killers, claim more than 813,804 American lives a year. Ms. McComsey has encouraged and continues to encourage others to sign up for this walk and to support this very important cause. Jill Kelly McComsey, Associate Attorney at the Bethlehem law firm of Seidel Cohen Hof & Reid, helped organize a fund-raiser for North Penn Legal Services, which was generously hosted by Melt in the Saucon Valley Promenade Shops. The fund-raiser attracted professionals from Lehigh County, Northampton County and beyond and raised over $10,000.00 for North Penn Legal Services. North Penn Legal Services provides civil legal representation to low-income people and ensures equal access to justice for all. They are facing a funding crisis and need help now more than ever.
