While riding a motorcycle can be quite a thrill, not every ride is pleasurable. Most drivers, regardless of what sort of vehicle they drive, can likely call to mind an occasion in which a fellow driver grated on their last nerve. Road rage is a serious problem, and drivers sometimes react to an annoyance without considering the potential danger. A recent story about a road rage incident in Pennsylvania ended in a fatal motorcycle accident.

The crash is still under investigation, but police have confirmed a few details. It seems that a motorcycle was behind a car when the driver of the motorcycle became angry. According to the driver of the car, the man on the motorcycle pulled up alongside his car and attempted to cause physical damage to the vehicle. The motorcycle driver then flew around and passed the car.

Shortly thereafter, the motorcycle stopped at an intersection. The driver of the car rea-rended the motorcycle. When help arrived at the scene, the driver of the motorcycle was deceased, and his body was sprawled across the sidewalk. There was also damage to a concrete wall next to the road. Police are trying to piece the details together to determine if the victim's death was the result of retaliation on the part of the other driver or if it was truly just an accident.

In this case, the deceased victim cannot tell his side of the story. When someone dies in a Pennsylvania motorcycle accident, the victim's estate may be faced with medical bills, funeral expenses and costs related to property damage. If another driver was at fault, the executor of the estate can contact an attorney and take legal action against the responsible party, and collect any damages or compensation that might be deemed appropriate by the court.
