1 dead, 2 injured following car accident in Pennsylvania

A tragic accident has left one man dead and two others in serious condition in Clifford Township on Oct. 25. Pennsylvania police report the car accident happened on State Route 106 in the early evening. So far, no charges have been filed in connection with this case, but the investigation is ongoing.

Fatal accident claims 5 lives in Pennsylvania

A tragic crash involving motorcycles and an SUV have left five people dead, according to local law enforcement. Pennsylvania police are still notifying next of kin, so the identities of the deceased victims have not been made public. As of this writing, no charges have been filed in association with this fatal accident, but the police investigation is still underway.

The People's Law School at the Northampton County Community College Hosted Christopher Reid on the topic of Civil Litigation

The Northampton County Bar Association and the Northampton Community College co-sponsor a program annually each fall, which provides an overview of different types of law, the inner workings of the court system, and the legal perspective on issues of the day to lay people. Volunteers are invited to share their knowledge on the broad range of topics covered. Christopher Reid of Seidel Cohen Hof & Reid, a civil litigation attorney with 14 years of litigation experience with an office in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who focuses his practice on personal injury claims representing plaintiffs, accepted an invitation to speak at the People's Law School on Thursday, October 17, 2013, on the topic of Civil Litigation.  His presentation was well received.

Christopher Reid of Seidel Cohen Hof & Reid, a Bethlehem civil litigation attorney with 14 years of experience focused on personal injury claims representing plaintiffs, has accepted an invitation to speak at the National Business Institute's Seminar, titled "Litigating the Uninsured or Underinsured Motorist Claim," on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, in Allentown. Christopher Reid will specifically address the sub-topic of subrogation concerns when handling such cases.

Attorney Christopher Reid Recovers a Settlement for Clients Harmed by an Explosion at the Lower Macungie Victaulic Plant

An explosion at the Victaulic Plant in Lower Macungie resulted in serious injuries to multiple workers at the plant. Christopher Reid of Seidel Cohen Hof & Reid, LLC, filed personal injury lawsuits on behalf of two such Victaulic blast victims, one of whom suffered very serious burn and physical injuries and both of whom suffered psychological injuries. The lawsuits involved allegations of negligence and products liability against the companies that designed, manufactured, installed, and serviced the foundry equipment at the Victaulic Plant.  Settlements were reached with four of the six companies named in the lawsuits.

Auto accident sends multiple people to hospital in Pennsylvania

A bus bound for Cleveland has crashed, killing at least one person and injuring dozens more, according to local reports. Pennsylvania police responded to the auto accident in the early morning of Oct. 9. An investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing, as investigators are in the process of recreating the accident parameters at the time of this writing.

A rear-end collision has left one man dead, according to local law enforcement officials. Pennsylvania police are in the process of investigating the fatal 3-car accident that killed a man who has not yet been identified to the public. So far, no charges have been filed by police in connection with this tragic event.
