2 dead following fatal accident in Pennsylvania

A single-vehicle accident has left two dead and injured several more, according to local sources. The fatal accident happened on the afternoon of April 20, and both the driver and one passenger were killed. Several other people were taken to local hospitals, The accident is still under investigation by Pennsylvania authorities as of this report. 

1 dead, 2 injured in Pennsylvania Turnpike car accident

One man is dead and two others have been injured after a single-vehicle accident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Pennsylvania authorities responded to the car accident on April 17 to discover a 21-year-old man dead. So far, it is unclear whether the driver involved in the accident will face charges for his role in the deaths and injuries. 

Single-car accident in Pennsylvania kills 2, injures 2

Police are still in the process of piecing together the particulars of a single-car crash that happened in the early morning of April 8. Very little is known at this time about the car accident that claimed two lives and sent two other people to a local hospital. Pennsylvania police are continuing to investigate as of this report. 

5 dead in severe car accident in Pennsylvania

A woman who was driving her co-workers home from work is dead after a serious crash in Upper Macungie Township. Pennsylvania police responded to the car accident that claimed the lives of five people on March 2. Police believe the driver was responsible for the crash. Because she perished in the accident, no criminal charges will be filed.

Woman claims doctor attempted to cover up medical negligence act
